Other Elements used:Dusty Attic Chipboard, Dreamweaver Embossing Paste Pearlescent, White Crackle Paint, Prills, Sequins, Netting....Here are a few closeups....

For the background I used 2 sheets of Whispers. I ripped the 2nd pieces & glued it onto the bottom layer. I used 2 sets of White Archival and Dusty Attic Chipboard, I painted most of the pieces with the pearlescent embossing paste. I also went behind some of the pieces with the paste and glued on some prills.....The flower centers were altered with sequins & Prills....

I dabbed white gesso onto the burlap & the netting...... 

I glued a bottle cap under the port hole the glued on some sequins,starfish & sand dollar....Here are a few more closeups....
