For the background I used 2 sheets of Seafoam, one as the background & the other for ripping to create layers. In the flower cluster I used Sand and Sea Layered Embellishments,Seaside Blooms, Blossom Blends & DA Seagrass small, that I glued Prills onto....

I did not do much with the chipboard, I just inked the edges & glued Prills onto some of the pieces...

Shows ripped paper layers using Seafoam, Seafoam-BS & Sea Creatures-BS. I rolled the edges over. For the hand stitching I poked in holes using a paper pierce, then used jute as the thread....

I matted the photo with Sea Creatures-BS & the Look Out, I distressed the edges & hand stitched then glued the photo onto the burlap trim...Behind the photo I used the Bonus sheet from the BS of the Cover sheet of the 8x8 Sand and Sea. I cut it in half (I did not want to loose the postage stamp under the photo) & matted it with Sea Creatures-BS. I also distressed these pieces and did hand stitching...
