Here are some close ups....
For the background I used Cottage Cut Outs-BS. I cut out the inside of Garden Seeds-BS, leaving 1 inch on the outside edges, distressed the edges & glued this piece onto the background. Using a paper pierce I poked in holes for hand stitching. I then hand stitched using single ply burlap twine. Once I completed the hand stitching, I looped under the stitches to add more dimension.....
I kept the chipboard simple, I just inked the pieces using Versa Mark Ink Pad-Pinecone....
I matted the photo using Provence-BS, distressed the edges, did hand stitching, then glued it on to the burlap trim....
I wrapped jute cording around the photo..

I glued a couple of pieces of mini chicken wire & scribble frame into the layers...
