1st Birthday**** CSI #40****Scrap Fx

I am so excited to be asked to a Special Investigator for the month of October,with CSI. I just love their challenges!!! Here is the challenge....
Here is the LO I did for the challenge...
For the Evidence I used polka dots & stripes,ribbons,scallops,circles,banners,tulle,a big flower,number,transparent elements,cupcake accent,wish,special & happy The Scrap Fx chipboard used on this LO is birthday,cupcakes & butterfly circle Here are some closeups of detail...
